Billing Terms

Most of my services & custom software are now billed at my hourly rate. I tried package pricing, but the custom nature of my work demands a more flexible structure. You will find a few things that have standard pricing, they will be marked as such.

The best way to start working with me is pick a project, decide on a number of hours to put into that project, then I'll work on it to that point and you can evaluate the progress before continuing. Pick a number that is an acceptable loss if you decide you don't like my work, but this shouldn't be an issue as I do great work and have plenty of samples.

Any services that aren't billed up front or through a recurring PayPal charge will be invoiced through email or PayPal (your preference). I typically invoice once a week and/or at a predetermined number of hours.

I request that you make the payments promptly. I have several methods available for handling transactions:

• PayPal is preferred (account, credit card & subscriptions)
• check or money order
  (I'll pay for faster/safer shipping than the USPS)
• direct deposit into my Washington Mutual account
• PayPal invoices or recurring subscription charges
• credit cards - through PayPal's system
